Loading a file from another computer is called "downloading". When you plan to download a file you should be sure that the source is reliable. Otherwise there is a chance you might download infected software which might harm your computer by doing unwanted actions. Additionally you should not download files which would violate the copyright of it's owner. In normal case a thrustworthy source would not provide infected or illegal files.
